5. Sit and wait for a response (takes a few days).

Do YOU get priority on raid drops?
Priority on raid drops will only be given to TANKS and HEALERS.
Tanking classes/specs include: Protection Warrior, Protection Paladin, Feral Druid (in tanking spec/gear).
Healing classes/specs include: Holy Priest, Holy Paladin, Restoration Shaman, Restoration Druid.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Your raid attendance MATTERS!
You must at least be ranked "> 75% Raider" and maintain this rating. Ranks are updated every four weeks.
You must have a current attendance percentage of 50% or greater.
You must attend more than 95% of the raids on your tanking/healing character or in tanking/healing spec.
Druids must choose a single role (either tank or healer) and adjust their gear/specs accordingly.
Priority only encompasses items which would benefit the player's tanking/healing.
Also, items will be distributed to those who will be able to utilize them the most.
The items are not free.
The player will be charged full price, every time.
Therefore, their priority on any item outside the realm of tanking/healing will be affected.
Ultimately, DPS players have to wait for tanks/healers to get items before they get their chance.
SO PLEASE, tanks and healers, DON'T BE LOOT WHORES.
If the drop is only marginally better than what you have already and will benefit a DPS player much more, PLEASE PASS IT!
This is about helping the RAID as a WHOLE, not helping yourself.
NOTE: NOT ALL tanks and healers fitting this criteria will be awarded priority.
Priority will be extended to our most senior/devoted members.
Players MUST MEET ALL CRITERIA BEFORE BEING CONSIDERED.
The number of people who are extended this privelage will be limited (i.e. a MAXIMUM OF 2-3 tanks and 5-7 healers, IF we ever get that many to show up >75% of the time).
Not that many people applied to be on a group. If
you didn't apply, odds are you didn't get placed. I warned you all
enough times.
Team leaders WILL NOT add you to their rosters.
These rosters are SET. You will have to wait until an opening is found.
NO QQ!
Black Team will be running after 25 man raids. Orange Team (formerly known as Rainbow) will run on Friday and/or Saturday. I
did my best to place you on the team which most suited your needs. If
there is a problem please let me know. Vets should try and rotate out
for bosses they don't need to help gear up the other members. REMEMBER,
by applying for this team, YOU MADE A COMMITMENT TO SHOW UP TO THE VAST
MAJORITY OF THESE RAIDS. I will remove you from the team if you do not
fulfill your obligation. Don't be an ass to your teammates.
